Training Delivery Method

Description >>>>>

Option 1:  Train at the Chapter.  Classes are open to the public and organizations that have only a few employees who need training. 

Option 2: A Red Cross Instructor can come to your facility and provide training at a time daytime, evenings or weekends.

Option 3:  Build Your Own Team.

Become a Red Cross Authorized Provider who trains at your site.   Low-cost and flexible scheduling.

Option 4:  Complete the online training portion and then attend a short skill session to receive certification.

Option 5:  Lifeguarding, Swimming and Water Safety programs classes are held at local area pools.

This 80 hour state-of-the-art Nurse Assistant Training Course is designed to prepare the career-minded individual to begin a career in the health care field.  You will receive 80 hours of combined classroom, lab, and clinical training in an area long term care facility.  Students will have a mid-term exam, final exam and skills test in this course. 

Upon successful completion of our course, you will be eligible to take the state board exam that will provide you with the title of Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA).
